Coffee Shop Manager – OVRC – Winnipeg, MB

Staffmax Staffing and Recruiting is currently assisting our Coffee Shop Restaurant client seeking a Manager due to growth.

2 years experience in an Assistant or Manager role fast paced restaurant/fast food environment

  • Meeting operational expectations, budgets, expenses etc.
  • Maintaining high quality standards
  • Serving customers as a back up during busy times
  • Motivating staff members
  • Assisting with scheduling and handling inventory
  • Delegating tasks to employees and making sure they are carried out accordingly
  • Recruiting and interviewing potential employees
  • Ensuring smooth transition of new employees in the company
  • Effective merchandising
  • Organizing promotions
  • Ensure good team delivery of customer service
  • Have the ability to lead a team
  • Able to lead and motivate
  • Good communication and person skills
  • Possess the commitment to work in a customer service field
  • Strong motivator
  • Able to work at a fast pace
  • able to be on their feet for extended periods of time
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Have confidence, self drive and enthusiastic
  • Be able to make decisions in a time pressured environment
  • Be responsible in handling challenging situations
  • Must have a vehicle
  • $40-45,000 per year DOQ
  • Quarterly bonus up to 10%
  • Cell phone allowance
  • Excellent paid training 3 weeks +
  • Job shadowing

5am -11pm 7 days a week flexibility
45 hours per week (9 hour shifts)
