Hiring: B2B Sales Professional – Media Industry

Summary
Prolex Media is a collective of dedicated brand builders and creative storytellers, specializing in commercial videography, photography, branding, web development, and social media. We are looking for a base pay + commission, experienced and highly motivated sales professional who is results-driven who will be focusing on generating leads and managing accounts of clients in Winnipeg and beyond.

The Ideal Candidate:
* Is self-motivated and works effectively with minimal supervision.
* Has an interest in staying on top of the current trends, technologies, and techniques.
* Is extremely organized and has great problem-solving skills.
* Has the ability to work both individually and together with a team.
* Has great customer service skills.
* Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting short deadlines and learning rapidly.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
* Research & acquire new clients as well as follow up with inbound leads.
* Qualify potential clients, create and deliver effective sales presentations, prepare proposals, and drive sales.
* Manage prospects through the whole sales cycle.
* Develop solutions for client’s personalized needs in a timely manner.
* Coordinate any client needs to the whole team.
* Track all sales leads and provide regular reports.
* Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through weekly check-ins.

Requirements
* 1+ years of experience in B2B sales.
* Strong understanding of social media.
* Strong understanding of sales and sales tactics.
* Great communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.
* Ability to maintain a positive attitude and a high standard of professionalism.

Preferred, but not required:
– Marketing experience
– Graphic design experience
