Office Manager – Part Time
We are currently looking to fill the position of Part Time Office Manager. The role of the Office Manager is to wear many hats within an organization. If selected, you will be responsible for:
– Submitting Payroll
– Interviewing and hiring Entry Level Staff
– Maintaining Employee and Client Files
– Invoicing and Accounts Payable
– General bookkeeping
– Ordering Supplies
3 years experience in a related role is required. Experience with Quickbooks is required. Experience with Google Drive is considered and asset, but not required.
