PBNA Transformation Training Lead – PepsiCo – Winnipeg, MB

As part of the Transformation organization, the Training Lead will join the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team for a major multi-year ERP system implementation. We are looking for an experienced professional with a track record of leading user-centric training for transformation projects. This person will act as an ambassador for the project, understanding cultural sensitivities and ways of working to deliver content to strengthen employee understanding, build awareness and drive commitment from all stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of training for PBNA employees across North America from core business groups, including finance, supply chain, go-to-market and trade. You will partner with key stakeholders to develop a multi-modal training strategy, measure effectiveness and develop a long-term sustainment plan. Familiarity with Agile software development methodology is preferred.


  • Use best practice to create and deliver a comprehensive training program
  • Understand and consult on learning programs and activities available
  • Develop and manage training plan including but not limited to the scope, schedule, resources and logistics for training delivery and documentation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the organization, gathering and reporting feedback to develop and adjust plans, including activities, responsibilities and success measures
  • Based upon needs assessments and discussions, partner to provide solutions to meet learning needs, including train-the-trainer, design and delivery of learning content
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills in order to design and develop related case studies and activities that draw out participant learning and validate skill adoption from participants
  • Exhibit project management skill in developing, leading and tracking project activities
  • Responsible for effectiveness of the training program, ensuring that training metrics are established, monitored, tracked and analyzed
  • Integrate training activities with other OCM efforts, including facilitation of training-related communication to the end-user community
  • Expert front-of-room / virtual facilitation
  • Actively promotes the project and acts as a change champion

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a related field
  • Prior experience in instructional design/change management experience, preferably focused on building capability within a diverse employee population
  • Preference for agile software development and/or system implementation experience, ideally ERP
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 40% of the time (COVID related restrictions are being considered)
