JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The Supply & Inventory Planning Lead – Crop Inputs will supervise supply planners, leading all aspects of day-to-day supply planning activities for Cargill’s Crop Inputs Business for Canada. In this role, you will lead our team that monitors key integrated planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, helping coordinate cross-functional work teams.
Conduct performance management, talent development, succession planning and engagement.
Review and publish supply planning metrics targets.
Prepare the supply planning inputs for capacity scenarios and recommendations.
Define inventory strategy and segmentation, incorporating other relevant strategies.
You will lead and develop a team, exhibiting authority for talent management decisions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience in supply chain, logistics, or agriculture
Must be legally entitled to work for Cargill in Canada
