The Report Analyst will be responsible to create Payroll, Time Management, and Human Resource reports for Payworks customers. The Report Analyst will also create import/export files to enable product integration and develop practices and procedures for creating standard and customized reports.

The successful candidate is a self-starter, with strong time management skills, who is willing to take the initiative and use analytical abilities to provide comprehensive solutions.

COLLABORATE & INNOVATE – IT’S WHAT YOU’LL DO

+ Summon your analytical thinking: With an understanding of the business analysis processes, you will combine your report writing skills, database SQL experience, and testing techniques to create client reports.

+ Work with a team: You will have an understanding of the development lifecycle to deliver specialized products and services in collaboration with the Payworks Product Support, Product Management, and Development teams.

+ Tailor the client experience: You will work directly with Payworks’ clients and internal teams to understand, document and create client’s reporting and import/export requirements. You will connect and collaborate with clients to ensure test results meet their needs.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

+ Previous experience working in a similar role or as a Report Analyst along with proficiency in analysis and development of simple to complex reports.

+ Minimum intermediate level of SQL hands-on experience.

+ Ability to understand and analyze complex business problems and works well under pressure with minimal supervision.

+ Exposure to Business Intelligence toolsets and issue/project tracking software is preferred.

+ Experience with payroll processing/industry is preferred.
