+ Build client relationships – Payworks takes pride in delivering superior clientservice to businesses across Canada, you will provide advice and guidance onour product and payroll legislation through our dedicated service model. Youwill uncover client needs using effective probing techniques, active listening,and communication skills.

+ Work with a team – As well as assumingfull responsibility and ownership of incoming client calls, e-mails, orprojects. You will also be part of a bigger picture in order to ensure completeclient satisfaction while receiving full support from your leader andcolleagues.

WHATYOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

+ Previous Help Desk/Client Care experience would beconsidered an asset

+ Previous payroll experience or payroll related education isconsidered a strong asset

+ Completion of the CPA and Certified Payroll PractitionerLevel 1 course considered an asset

+ Communication skills; probing, active listening, writing,and verbal communication

+ Strong analytical and organizational skills

+ Possess technical and logical problem-solving abilities

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Internet andEmail and strong desktop PC skills

+ Fluent in both official languages (French/English) would beconsidered an asset


The Client ServiceRepresentative works out of Payworks Head Office in Winnipeg; however, toensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone during the pandemic employees arecurrently working remotely.
