WHATYOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
+ Previous Help Desk/Client Care experience would beconsidered an asset
+ Previous payroll experience or payroll related education isconsidered a strong asset
+ Completion of the CPA and Certified Payroll PractitionerLevel 1 course considered an asset
+ Communication skills; probing, active listening, writing,and verbal communication
+ Strong analytical and organizational skills
+ Possess technical and logical problem-solving abilities
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Internet andEmail and strong desktop PC skills
+ Fluent in both official languages (French/English) would beconsidered an asset
The Client ServiceRepresentative works out of Payworks Head Office in Winnipeg; however, toensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone during the pandemic employees arecurrently working remotely. Capitalizing on technology in new ways has allowedus to connect as a team and continue to collaborate virtually despite beingphysically apart.
