Front Desk Administrator for Osborne Chiropractic Office Rehabilitation and Wellness Centre

We are hiring for a part time leading to full time position in our recently modernized Winnipeg Health Facility.

The ideal candidate must have the following characteristics:

Positive attitude, be personable, health conscious and adaptable.
Must be confident and comfortable when speaking on the phone.
Detail oriented and posses a strong work ethic
Able to strive at being busy and be able to deal with multiple interruptions in a fast paced environment.
Work well in a team environment.
Excellent time management, organization, computer skills.
The job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Scheduling patients, managing a smooth flow of patients for the doctors, keeping track of inventory, collecting fees and reconciling days transactions, billing insurance, answering phones and emails, maintaining professional appearance of office, filing and light cleaning.

This is a for a part time position (Monday to Friday; training days may differ. )

Microsoft Office is required.
