The mission of the Health & Fitness Coach is to provide a customized program, a high level of accountability, and an exceptional experience to Infinity clients with the goal of achieving improved health and wellness. This includes developing and implementing meal plans, fitness plans, meeting weekly (in-person, in-home sessions, and online coaching are all options) and providing ongoing support and solutions to Infinity clients. Health Coaches are responsible for generating their own client base, and are paid for production, meaning compensation will take place for packages sold and clients serviced. Access to a vehicle is a requirement for the position.

The successful candidate must be professional, articulate, caring, passionate, energetic, outgoing, self-motivated, personable, able to work independently, and possess excellent organizational skills. Candidate must have at least a High School Diploma with some experience and/or education in Nutrition/Meal Planning, Personal Training, and/or Kinesiology. Previous experience in health services, coaching or training, sales, and lead generation is an asset.

Qualifications:

-Ability to generate leads, make outgoing calls, build own client base
-Experience with meal planning, personal training, and wellness programs
-Experience with healthy eating habits, food preparation, and meal planning
-Lives a very healthy lifestyle (leading by example)
-Able to work independently
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Position requires some travel within Winnipeg

Job Type: Independent Contract – Part-Time to Full-Time

Job Location: Infinity East, 145 Tu-Pelo Ave AND/OR Infinity West, 76 Heritage Blvd. Some remote/online coaching opportunities may present themselves.

Salary: $20/hour + commission + bonuses after 3 month probationary period. Hourly wage within the first three months ranges from $12-$15/hour + commission + bonuses.
