The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency with typing, Word, Excel, Outlook, a positive attitude and a desire to learn. Previous experience in financial services is an asset.
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to assisting one of the principals, processing and tracking new investment and insurance business, following up on enquiries from existing clients, scheduling medical requirements, as well as answering the phone, filing, booking and preparing for client appointments.
