Capital Ford Lincoln Winnipeg has a current opening for a Fleet Coordinator to join our sales team.

The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for assisting with all Fleet activity and the success of Capital Ford Lincoln’s Fleet Department.

This involves maximizing results within the 4 major Fleet Categories:

Daily Rental Companies

Commercial Large Fleet Companies

Commercial Small Fleet Companies

Commercial Small Retail Companies

The Fleet Coordinator’s personal achievement comes from maximizing Sales, Service, and Parts gross and volume.

The Fleet Coordinator will act as the Sales Coordinator for all Commercial Small Retail deals or pure retail deals the Fleet Department is involved with. The Fleet Coordinator will also be responsible for the day to day activities of the Fleet Department focusing on activities such as follow-up calls, making business calls, etc. They will be responsible for administrative work and assisting with deals.

The Fleet Coordinator is also responsible for maintaining existing commercial accounts through direct mail, email, and phone follow-up. These business calls may involve going out with the Fixed Operations Manager and/or the Fleet Manager to make contacts and promoting the benefits of doing business at Capital Ford Lincoln.

An ideal candidate for this position possesses a strong Sales background coupled with good organization and administrative skills. The successful candidate is an exceptional team player and enjoys meeting clients and finding solutions for their needs.

Other Skills Necessary:

  • Familiarity with commercial lease requirements
  • Familiarity with handling paperwork for fleet deliveries
  • Knowledge of additional value-added items (ie. extended warranty, insurance, protection packages, etc.)
  • Knowledge or background in upfitting
  • Knowledge of the fleet tendering process
  • Sales Background
  • Strong administrative skills
