Office Assistant – Part-time

We are currently looking for a part time office assistant to join our team. The role requires a mature self-motivated individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills, who can demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. They must be very proficient on Microsoft Word and Excel. Background in Quickbooks is considered an asset.
The Office Assistant will handle a full range of duties for the office and act as a support to other team members.
- Answering Calls
- Creating Work orders & Sales orders
- Managing inventory & office supplies
- Basic Invoicing
- Shipping and Receiving
- Customer service & minor repairs
- Other office tasks that may require assistance
