Bookkeeper/office admin.

We are seeking an individual to fill the role of a full time Bookkeeper/Office Admin. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of accounting and administration. The ideal candidate will be team oriented, work well in a small environment, and be self motivated. Responsibilities will be bookkeeping and administrative duties. Strong working knowledge and experience with Quick Books online and desktop. Must be able to do bank reconciliations, in Quick Books. Ability to multi task with day to day work. Position will include group benefits after 3 months. Hourly wage/rate will depend on experience and will be discussed with candidates during the interview.
