Primary Role

Deliver products to farms And feed mills mostly In Manitoba, Delivers loads of Products as assigned; Vehicle Care and Maintenance Performs daily pre-trip and weekly truck/trailer inspections; Maintains accurate logbook; Performs all paperwork according to business requirements Keep Company truck Sanitized and Clean at all times Fix and maintain any Equipment associated with the Job Maintain Quality Control on products being Delivered Bring positive attitudes, great ambition to peers/customers in the workplace. Maintain Quality Relationships with all customers. Secondary Role Or Duties (As Time Allows)

Oversee the safe efficient operation and maintenance of a 1st class Soybean Processing Facility Being involved with efficiency improvements is very important: efficiencies within the operation, monitoring equipment, and assessing risks and hazards in order to avoid accidents or downtime. Quality control: involving the process, documenting, testing, and grading product. General cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of the facility. Perform cleaning duties as assigned to meet standards outlined in qualification for HACCP/ ISO 22 000 in all areas of the warehouse and grounds. Operating terminal controls, plant software, and processing equipment. Promote effective communications and collaborative working relationships between shift changes, staff, and management. Bring positive attitudes, great ambition to peers/customers in the workplace. Qualifications:

Grade 12 Education or equivelant Is an Important Asset. Must have the mechanical experience to be able to maintain trucks and trailers. or any equipment associated with the job Strong work ethic, ability to learn and willingness to take on responsibilities of the position. and to follow Biosecurity protocols Assigned by Customers. Ability to operate computers with plant software and PLC’s in context with processing equipment. Good communication and team-work skills. Knowledge of grain grading and grain handling equipment is an asset. Familiarity with grain-handling equipment and processes (hammer mills, bucket elevators, drag conveyors, augers, gearboxes, oil presses ) is an important asset. Fit condition to handle the physical aspects of the Job. Must Be able to Pass DOT Drug Test Job Type: Full-time

As Time allows Help out with the Our Plant operations And Maintenance, quality Control Shipping and receiving, etc.

Salary: $23.00 to $25.00 /hour
