Full Cycle Bookkeeper

Welcome to Schwartz Group, an established, successful and diverse group of companies. We are currently looking for an experienced Full Cycle Bookkeeper who is excited by the challenge to enhance our productivity.

Responsibilities: -Managing daily accounts receivables and payables -Post journal entries -Maintain general ledgers and preparing financial statements -Account collections -Responsible for bi-weekly payroll using Quick Books -Tax functions: GST, PST, Payroll remittances -Identifying and resolving accounting issues -Inventory control -Assist the Operations Manager and President as needed

Requirements: -Experience in Full Cycle Accounting (at least 1-3 years) -Experience in Quick Books -Proficient in Microsoft Office -A degree or diploma in accounting -Working towards a professional accounting designation (preferred) -Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and must be highly organized
