The Job Description
Ready to take your career in sales to the next level? Blabbly is looking for a Lead Partner to join as key a member of our executive team as we look to scale out into new markets. You will be responsible for working with the director of marketing in the curation of all design content and digital development. Additionally, you will aid in the hiring, training and retention of additional members of our marketing department. This is a great opportunity to grow your career, make money, and have fun doing it. Where You Come In: • Support Sales and Marketing in understanding what’s available, what’s possible and what’s next • Design, develop, maintain and update site content, graphics and appearance, landing pages from vision to conceptualization through to deployment with a responsive mobile-first approach. • Create, test and execute QA and testing plans • Design promotional print materials such as flyers and postcards • Create banner ads, email blast marketing templates, and graphics for social media • In depth knowledge of online best practices, user experiences, online trends and web related technology • Manage multiple stakeholders and performance goals while problem-solving and troubleshooting • Manage expectations of clients and partner with labels towards same end goals
